Renewal and cancellation
When subscriptions become available, membership renews monthly until canceled. Complete cancellation before your trial ends or your next scheduled charge to avoid that charge. Canceling renewal keeps paid access available through the current paid period. Check the confirmed cancellation status and access end time in your account.
Refunds and support
Billing errors, duplicate charges, missing paid access and charges after confirmed cancellation are reviewed separately from voluntary refunds. We aim to reply within 2 business days and provide a decision or progress update within 5 business days after receiving the necessary information. Bank refund settlement times vary.
